Central New York coach follows 1 mantra through 50-year career: ‘I needed football way more than football needed me’

Syracuse, N.Y. — Paul Sealy thinks everybody gets it all wrong when they wonder why he’s spent the past 50 years non-stop coaching football in Central New York.
They are amazed that he’s decided to give so much of his time and energy to the sport.
